What personal data altixcode.com collects, why, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it under the GDPR.

Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is Altix Code Ltd, registration number HE492856, registered address 51 Georgiou Griva Digeni, Athineon Building, 1st floor, 8047 Paphos, Cyprus, registered office Krinon 3, 6041 Larnaca, Cyprus. For any question about this policy, or to exercise a right described below, write to [email protected].

What we collect

If you submit the project enquiry form we store the name, email address, optional company name, project type, optional budget range and the message you wrote, together with your browser's user-agent string and the time of submission. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested path, status code, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and free of abuse. These are retained for 30 days.

What we do not do

There is no third-party analytics, advertising network, session recorder or social tracking pixel on this site. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies

The public pages set no cookies. The administration area, which only staff can reach, sets a single strictly-necessary session cookie after a successful sign-in. Consent is not required for it under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive because the service cannot function without it.

Where data is processed

This site and its database run on our own server infrastructure inside the European Union. Email is delivered through our mail provider. No personal data from this website is transferred outside the EEA.

Retention

Project enquiries are kept for 24 months from the last contact, so we can pick up a conversation that resumes later, and are then deleted. If you ask us to delete an enquiry sooner we will do so.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the request to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
