App privacy policy
Last updated 15 Sept 2026
What our mobile apps and games collect, what they do not, and which third parties receive anything.
Who this covers
This policy covers every mobile app and game published by Altix Code Ltd, registration number HE492856, registered address 51 Georgiou Griva Digeni, Athineon Building, 1st floor, 8047 Paphos, Cyprus, registered office Krinon 3, 6041 Larnaca, Cyprus on the App Store and Google Play. They handle data identically, which is why one policy serves all of them. For any question, or to exercise a right described below, write to [email protected].
There is no account
You never sign in, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth. We operate no server that holds your game data. Your progress, streaks, settings, language and purchase state live in storage on your own device and are deleted with the app.
Advertising — Google AdMob
The free version of each game shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve them, Google receives your device's advertising identifier, coarse information about the device and app, and the time of the request. Google is an independent controller for that data; what it does with it is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app presents a Google-certified consent form before its first ad request, and asks again whenever you open it from Settings. If you decline personalised advertising the app requests non-personalised ads instead, which use the identifier only for frequency capping and fraud prevention. If no consent decision has been recorded, the app requests no ad at all rather than guessing.
On iOS, personalised advertising additionally requires you to allow tracking in the system prompt. Declining it is respected: we do not fall back to any other identifier.
Purchases — RevenueCat
Buying the one-time upgrade that removes the ads is handled by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see your payment details. To recognise the purchase across reinstalls we use RevenueCat, a subscription-management provider that receives a randomly generated app user id, the store receipt, and the country and device model reported by the store. It is a processor acting on our instructions, under a data processing agreement, and it does not receive your name or email address.
If you never make a purchase, RevenueCat still issues that anonymous id when the app starts so it can tell us the app has no entitlement.
Exchange rates — ExchangeRate-API
One app, Convertwise, shows live currency rates. To get them it requests a public rate table from ExchangeRate-API once or twice a day. The request carries no identifier and nothing about you; as with any web request, your IP address is visible to that service while it is made. The rates are then stored on your device and the app keeps working from them with no connection at all.
No app in the portfolio makes any network request other than the ones described in this policy.
What we do not do
There is no analytics SDK, crash reporter, session recorder, social login or social sharing pixel in these apps. We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera. We do not sell or share personal data, and none of these apps is directed at children under 13.
Your rights
You can reset the advertising identifier, or withdraw advertising consent, in your device settings at any time; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can also reopen the consent form from the app's own Settings screen. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Because we hold no account, we usually cannot connect a request to a specific person without the advertising identifier or the RevenueCat app user id, both of which the app can show you on request. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how ads are served to you, present the consent form again.
