Revokeflow computes the EU statutory right-of-withdrawal period from the actual facts of a contract — delivery date for goods, conclusion date for services or digital content — and separately tracks the trader's refund deadline, which runs from the consumer's declaration rather than the returned parcel. It's built for merchants who need a compliant withdrawal flow and durable-medium confirmations without guessing at deadlines themselves.
The EU's 14-day right-of-withdrawal period doesn't start on the order date — it starts on delivery for goods and on contract conclusion for services and digital content, and Revokeflow refuses to compute a goods withdrawal period without a real delivery date rather than silently defaulting to the order date.
It models two independent clocks that many order-management systems conflate: the consumer's withdrawal window, and the trader's refund deadline, which runs from the consumer's declaration rather than from the returned parcel arriving. A tokenized, no-login consumer portal gives the withdrawal button the law requires, and every issued document — the Annex I.B model form, a withdrawal acknowledgement, a reimbursement confirmation — is generated as a deterministic PDF with a recorded SHA-256 digest, so identical facts always produce a byte-identical document.
Exemption claims, such as 'digital content, no refunds,' are rejected unless every required condition is evidenced, and the API names exactly what's missing rather than accepting the claim on faith.
- Withdrawal period engine
- Computes the 14-day statutory period from delivery or conclusion, extending it when the consumer was never informed, and rolling deadlines past weekends.
- Consumer withdrawal button
- A tokenized, no-login portal page per case gives consumers the withdrawal function the law requires, stating the deadline and its legal basis.
- Durable-medium confirmations
- Generates the Annex I.B model form, withdrawal acknowledgements and reimbursement confirmations as deterministic PDFs with a recorded SHA-256 digest.
- REST API for order systems
- Open a case, record events, and read computed deadlines via a plain REST API authenticated with a bearer API key.
