A network diagnostic utility that measures latency, jitter and packet loss, and discovers devices on the local subnet using Bonjour and direct TCP probes. Ad-free, on-device, and honest about what it can and cannot see.
NetPulse audits a local network from the phone: round-trip latency, jitter and packet loss against a chosen target, and a sweep of the local subnet for devices that answer.
The verification that counts
Discovery is easy to fake and hard to prove. The gate we hold it to is specific: publish a real Bonjour service with a known name on a known port, run discovery, and confirm that exact service appears in the results. A screenshot of a device list proves nothing. That run is the next step, which is why this is listed as in development.
