Altix Feedback is a hosted feature-voting board and public roadmap: customers post ideas, vote on each other's requests, and watch status move through stages like "Under review" and "Planned." It runs on the real, unmodified open-source Fider project, and is built for SaaS teams who want a feedback portal on their own domain without per-seat pricing.
Altix Feedback gives a product team a public place for customers to post ideas, vote on each other's requests, and see where each one stands. The board itself runs on Fider, the open-source feedback-board project, completely unmodified — Altix is the commercial layer around it: billing, provisioning and custom domains.
Because Fider is open source, a customer who outgrows the hosted version keeps a real exit path: the underlying board can be self-hosted later rather than locked to one vendor.
Pricing is flat per board rather than per seat, with every plan including unlimited voters and no watermark, and a custom domain can be attached directly from the portal's admin settings.
- Hosted feedback portal
- A public board where customers post ideas, vote on each other's, and watch the roadmap move, served instantly at a chosen subdomain.
- Custom domain support
- Add a CNAME and set the hostname in the portal's admin settings; a certificate is issued automatically.
- Flat, board-based pricing
- Portal or Studio plans priced per board, not per seat — no extra charge for adding teammates.
- Open-source underneath
- Boards run on real, unmodified Fider, so the data and the board format are never locked to one vendor.
