Altix ErrorTrack is a managed, Sentry-wire-compatible crash reporting service: swap the DSN in an existing Sentry SDK and every integration keeps working, on flat, stated-ceiling pricing instead of per-event overage billing. It is built for teams already using Sentry SDKs who want predictable costs and EU-hosted error data.

Altix ErrorTrack speaks the same wire protocol as Sentry, so adopting it does not mean re-instrumenting an application. SDKs, source maps, release tracking and alert rules carry over unchanged — the only change is the DSN.

Pricing is flat with a stated event ceiling rather than an open-ended overage invoice: ingestion stops at the ceiling and the dashboard shows exactly how many events were turned away, instead of a surprise bill. The service runs on EU infrastructure, with the vendor acting as data processor under a DPA.

Day-to-day account management — team invites with roles, an audit log of membership and security changes, and self-serve plan changes — is built into the dashboard rather than requiring a support ticket.

4 capabilities
Drop-in Sentry compatibility
Speaks the same ingestion protocol as Sentry, so existing SDKs, source maps and releases keep working after a one-line DSN change.
Quota dashboard
Real-time event counts for the billing period, an early warning as the ceiling approaches, and an exact count of events turned away once it's reached.
Team & invites
Invite teammates by email, assign roles and revoke access, with unlimited members included on every paid plan.
Audit log
Every membership and account-security change is recorded with actor, action and timestamp.
